When tasked with converting an old space into Mr. John's corporate headquarters, KP Builders leveraged its expertise to craft a space that perfectly reflects him. Collaborating with Mr. John, we preserved concrete beams, maintaining an industrial aesthetic with exposed beams and stained concrete. Unique elements, such as the storage container walkway and elevator shaft, underscore the distinct personality of Mr. John.

For a century, the George Washington Hotel has stood as a historic symbol of opulence and grandeur, hosting renowned figures like Bob Hope, Marilyn Monroe, The Beatles, Al Capone, and John F. Kennedy. Despite a period of decline due to mismanagement, the current owner is passionately committed to restoring the hotel's former glory, a vision shared by KP Builders.

Just as the hotel is on its journey to rejuvenation, KP Builders approaches each task, from roof repairs to room restoration and banquet hall remodeling, with unwavering motivation. Together, they've ignited a remarkable transformation, breathing new life into this iconic establishment.

On March 17, 2015, a small fire ignited on West Spring Street in Titusville, PA. The next day, it rekindled and spread to the beloved Town Square building, the heart of the town. This four-story complex, housing offices, a stunning atrium, and the Blue Canoe Brewery, symbolized unity and the town's future.

Despite the devastation, the owners, including the Blue Canoe Brewery owner, and the town's citizens were determined to rebuild. KP Builders was enlisted as an outside contractor, leading the restoration efforts. Addressing structural damage and replacing the roof, KP Builders raced against time.

Months of relentless dedication have produced remarkable results, turning the once-damaged building into a beacon of hope for Titusville. What was once seen as the end of an era has now become a testament to determination, teamwork, and the town's unwavering spirit.

In 2011, KP Builders embarked on a mission to construct their corporate offices, driven by Kyrk Pyros' vision for a dedicated space and a hub for Allegheny Crane Rental's fleet maintenance. Wrapping up construction in 2013, a 2.5 million dollar project with LEED Platinum Certification has been one of our favorite projects to complete. These offices, a testament to KP Builders' prowess, stand as a symbol of dedication, craftsmanship, and resilience, embodying the personal touch evident in every project we undertake.

KP Builders crafted this 5-bedroom gem from scratch, nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac to ensure maximum privacy. This remarkable home boasts vaulted ceilings, an airy open floor plan with a grand two-story great room, dual staircases for seamless circulation, a sunroom, and a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, a wet bar, a Wolf gas range, a warming drawer, a walk-in pantry, and dual dishwashers. Additionally, there are his and her office spaces.

Upstairs, four bedrooms with generous walk-in closets await. The lower level offers a finished game room, a mirrored exercise room, a concrete driveway with a Governors turnaround, an oversized three-car attached garage, a walk-out deck, and a lawn sprinkler and security system, completing this exceptional living space

Transforming the existing office space within their facility into a state-of-the-art research hub, we initially delivered a remarkable 3,000 square feet in 2020. The client's satisfaction with our work prompted them to engage us again in 2021 for an impressive 10,000 additional square feet, showcasing their confidence in our expertise for expansion projects.
